junior Programs
Partnering with Operation 36, each student is invited to join the Op36 community using their app to track their performance, practice, and share their experiences. Students will be grouped by age and ability level while they progress through the Op36 skill development levels and yardage divisions.
One of our favorite parts of the program is letting the students PLAY GOLF! While yes, everyone will have the chance to play simulated golf holes on our state-of-the-art technology tools we also have agreements with courses in the community to host our Op36 events and other playing opportunities. Our outdoor training area also has a modified short game course. The students will be able to keep scores and bring together all the life skills and golf skills that were learned in the previous weeks.
We offer the opportunity for all students to learn the Nine Core Values of the First Tee Life Skills Experience. Additionally, our program serves children with special needs and disabilities, veterans disabilities and people with paralysis. While our founding mission of helping children with special needs is still an everyday commitment, we also provide life skills and life enhancement opportunities to all young people through the game of golf.
